Hi, I’m Vicky O’Rourke, Occupational Therapist, Infant Massage Instructor, and mum of three.
My journey into baby massage started both professionally and personally—as a therapist and as a mum who experienced firsthand the incredible benefits of massage in supporting childhood development and parent wellbeing.
As a passionate advocate for holistic infant health and wellbeing, I founded Connect Baby in 2023 to empower parents with simple, evidence-based techniques to nurture, calm and connect with their babies through the art of infant massage.
