Welcome to Connect Baby. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, booking in-person classes, purchasing online courses, and ordering products. By using our website or purchasing any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1.Services Offered

We currently provide:

  • In-Person Baby Massage Classes – Interactive sessions where parents learn infant massage techniques.

  • Online Baby Massage Course – A self-paced digital program with instructional videos and resources.

  • Products (Coming Soon) – A curated range of baby massage oils and accessories.

2. In-Person Classes

2.1 Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required to secure your place in a class.

  • Spaces are limited and bookings are non-refundable.

2.2 Attendance & Cancellations

  • We understand that babies are unpredictable, and we do our best to support families in this season. Because all techniques are covered multiple times throughout the 4-week course, if you miss part (or even a full class) you’ll still be able to catch up the following week.

  • If you’re unable to attend the full course due to special circumstances, please reach out to vicky@connectbaby.com.au and we’ll do our best to accommodate you with alternative options.

  • Classes are for parents and caregivers only—only you will massage your baby.

  • If you or your baby are unwell, please do not attend in-person classes.

3. Online Courses‍ ‍

3.1 Access & Usage‍ ‍

  • Upon purchase, you’ll receive lifetime access to the course materials (subject to platform availability).

  • Content is for personal use only—sharing login details or redistributing course materials is not allowed.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds are not available once access has been granted. If you have any issues, please contact us for support.

4. Product Sales (Coming Soon)

4.1 Orders & Shipping‍ ‍

  • Once products are launched, we will provide details on shipping times, delivery areas, and costs.

4.2 Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened massage oils or skincare products.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our baby massage classes and courses are for educational purposes only and do not replace medical advice.

  • Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your baby’s health or suitability for massage.‍ ‍

  • If your baby has a medical condition, allergies, or skin sensitivities, check with your doctor / healthcare professional before using any massage oils or products.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, text, and graphics, is owned by Connect Baby and protected under copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, share, or use any part of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
